Pack Up: 10 Best Bushcraft Backpacks for 2018

Here’s the truth:

No one wants to be stuck carrying around a heavy backpack. They tear at your shoulders with thin straps and hurt your back with their poor weight distribution.

There’s great bushcraft backpacks out there. They do things like:

  • Evenly distribute weigh for comfortable carrying, even with LOTS of gear
  • Shield your gear from rain and moisture
  • Wick away sweat, keeping you cool and dry
  • Store water for easy drinking while carrying

And much more.

I’ve put together a list of the what I believe are the best bushcraft backpacks on the market. Read below for features, specs and my opinion of each. These packs are listed in order of smallest capacity to greatest capacity.
